Or am I hardly working?
I know it’s been awhile since my last post. I’m sorry that it has been so long. I developed a new hobby/love. Legos!!! They are the best and they keep me very busy. I’m always thinking about new projects and things that are coming out. I haven’t dabbled too much into my own creations (MOCs) but I did make a tunnel for my train set.
I have also restarted my weight loss journey. I haven’t been keeping a journal like I did last year but have been focusing more on it.
I’ve lost 11lbs since January. This time I’ve set a small goal of hitting 185. I really kicked in the focus this time. I eat a bulk of my food during the work hours, and a light snack prior to hitting the gym. Then I don’t eat dinner at all. I finish my day with a light snack right after the gym so I don’t get Hangry (hunger + angry). This is the key to a balanced love life as well… Lol.
I’m going to try to get more sleep at night by going to bed at 9 instead of 11. I want to get up earlier and start running again in the morning. That should help kick start my metabolism for the day.
