Ninja Warrior Update! 

Ok it’s been 30 days since I’ve really started focusing on my weightloss goal and training. I’m am proud to say that I’m done 5lbs in the month and a total loss of 10 lbs since June 1st. 

Now that a new month is upon us I’m going to start to intensify my weekly routines by adding in an extra hour in the mornings. I originally was going to do that in July but it wasn’t quite the time. Now that my first goal is reached, onto the next 5lb goal!  

I really hope that before my bowling league starts at the end of the month I’m down 15lbs.
